Job Description

We are hiring!

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Open and close customer job orders.

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.

Monitor and check vessel arrival schedules.

Assist customers with billing and invoice-related enquiries.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Provide general administrative support to the Operations team.

Requirements:

Minimum GCE "O" Level, NITEC, or equivalent.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Experience in administration, logistics, or shipping is an advantage but not required.
