Guide and support shop supervisors to maintain high operational standards and team performance
Establish clear shop objectives aligned with business goals and monitor progress
Make informed critical decisions to resolve operational challenges and optimize outcomes
Manage shop budgets to control costs and maximize financial performance
Monitor and analyze shop performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
