Beauty Salon Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Salon Operation Manager to lead daily operations at Asparkle Beauty in the North-East Region near Potong Pasir MRT. You will drive team performance, operational excellence, and business growth to elevate the salon’s success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily salon operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and refining procedures to deliver a superior client experience.
• Provide leadership by coaching, training, and developing beauty therapists to enhance their skills and performance outcomes.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives to attract new clients, increase daily revenue, and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify operational challenges, implement effective solutions, and support continuous business improvement.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting to maintain profitability and support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices to ensure the salon remains competitive and innovative.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and suppliers to foster strong relationships and smooth operations.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operational management within the beauty industry, demonstrating proven leadership and business results.
• Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
