Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Service
• Position Title: Class 3 Delivery Driver
• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles to deliver goods such as food, parcels, medical supplies, and other products to businesses or customers according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage and verify order details before delivery.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS, maps, and traffic updates while considering weather and road conditions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, respond to enquiries, and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after deliveries, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, complete necessary paperwork, and collect payments when required.
