Job Description

Job Scope:

Design and develop a tracking dashboard to automate the monitoring of declaration submission status, replacing manual tracking processes and improving operational visibility
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on the collection and distribution of declaration information
Support the review of existing declaration workflows to identify areas for improvement and simplification
Prepare data reports and simple visualisations to support data analysis and presentation needs
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Possess a diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Excel is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of administrative data
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with schools and stakeholders
Any exposure to process improvement, workflow automation, or data management through internships, academic projects, or self-directed learning would be advantageous

Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break, Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period: 12 months (estimated: 3 Jan 2027 to 20 Feb 2028)
