Job Description

Job Scope:

Oversee daily call centre and customer service operations
Handle escalated enquiries and resolve service issues
Troubleshoot operational problems and improve workflows
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
Support staff training and quality improvement initiatives
Prepare operational reports and maintain records

Requirements:

Minimum O-Level qualification
Prior team leadership or supervisory experience required
