Job Summary

Seeking a general litigation secretary with at least 2 years of experience in local law practices to provide legal and administrative support to lawyers.

Responsibilities

Provide legal and administrative support (e-Litigation) to lawyers in litigation cases to ensure efficient case management
Manage documentation and correspondence related to legal matters to maintain accurate records
Coordinate with senior partners to receive mentorship and guidance for professional development
Support banking finance and corporate legal work to assist lawyers in diverse legal areas
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal information

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in local law practices supporting lawyers in legal and administrative tasks
Commitment to learning and seeking mentorship from senior partners for career growth
Possesses initiative, keen on learning new skills and able to work hard but work smart
