Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate prime mover safely and efficiently for transportation of containers or cargo
- Transport and deliver containers between assigned locations, ports, terminals, and customer sites
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Ensure cargo and containers are properly secured before transportation
- Follow assigned schedules, routes, and delivery instructions
- Maintain proper records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle condition
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company procedures, and workplace safety requirements
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor promptly
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition
Requirements:
- Valid Singapore Class 4 driving license
- Relevant prime mover/container transportation experience preferred
- Familiar with Singapore roads, ports, and container terminals
- Good driving record and safety awareness
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, or shift duties when required
