Job Description
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 6 months contract (Start in Jan)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: Up to $4000
Job Responsibilities:
- Support GCS financial operations, including financial controlling, invoice management, cost allocations, recoveries, analysis and reporting.
- Manage invoice validation, accruals, disputes and coordination with Finance, Procurement and vendors.
- Perform monthly accruals for BAU operations and CRE projects, tracking against actual payments.
- Support CRE project accounting, including OPEX and CAPEX projections.
- Drive cost management initiatives and allocate costs across business units.
- Analyse invoice variances and financial trends, providing actionable insights to management.
- Prepare timely financial reports and enhance MIS reporting processes.
- Support digitalisation and process improvement initiatives, including Power BI dashboards and financial automation.
