What you’ll do
- Drive projects that matter. Manage NPI, system implementation and continuous improvement projects that support operational excellence and business growth.
- Lead transformation. Take charge of special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
- Keep everything on track. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders so milestones and deliverables land on time.
- Turn data into insight. Build dashboards, reports and performance trackers that support project governance and decision-making.
- Engage with customers. Contribute to governance meetings and business reviews with clear reporting and project updates.
- Digitalise and automate. Spot opportunities to improve processes, automate tasks and digitalise workflows so operations become more efficient and scalable.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and find improvement opportunities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI
- Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL or similar automation and reporting tools is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills
