Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and independent Accountant to join our accounting firm.

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients.
Independently prepare financial statements for small companies.
Prepare and submit GST returns.
Handle accounting matters using Xero and QuickBooks Online.
Liaise with clients on accounting and financial matters.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work.

Job Requirements

Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
Able to independently handle full sets of accounts and prepare financial statements for small companies.
Familiar with GST preparation and submission.
Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Good command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate directly with clients and handle client enquiries professionally.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple clients.
