AssociateSenior Business Development Manager

Qualificationsand Experience

·       Bachelor’sdegree in business, technology, or related discipline. An MBA, CA, or equivalentpostgraduate qualification is preferred.

·       8+ yearsof experience in the BPO and/or ITO industries is mandatory. Any priorexperience in business development, sales and/or client facing roles in the BPOindustry will be preferred essential for this role.

·       Demonstratedexperience in opening new accounts, developing qualified opportunities, and progressingcomplex business-to-business sales pursuits.

·       Strongunderstanding of the outsourcing, business process services, or professional servicesindustry. Knowledge of the Singapore business environment and the broaderAsia-Pacific market is preferred.

·       Commercialacumen and disciplined sales execution, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders,manage complex pursuits, open new accounts, and build long-term clientrelationships within the BPO/BPM industry.

Measuresof Success

·       Pipelinedevelopment, proposal conversion, and TCV closure.

·       Numberand value of qualified new-logo opportunities created.

·       Newaccounts opened and new buying centres engaged.

·       Expansioninto additional service lines and sustained client engagement.

·       Qualityof account plans, market intelligence, and stakeholder relationships.
