Job Description

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, upgrade and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose equipment faults and perform repairs, adjustments and technical servicing.
Support machine setup, installation, modifications and process development.
Assist senior engineers with robot teaching and sub-unit servicing.
Prepare technical reports and attend team meetings and presentations.
Handle service-related jigs and ad-hoc delivery tasks.
Provide on-site technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform 24/7 standby duties, shift work and occasional travel as required.

Requirements:

Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering.
Experience in equipment installation, servicing, troubleshooting or repair.
Good technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication, documentation and customer service skills.
Cleanroom experience is an advantage.
