Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Ensure all required documents are available according to Purchase Order requirements upon supplier delivery.
Check incoming materials for damage and pest infestation.
Ensure all raw materials, components, and products are properly labelled and stored in designated areas.
Ensure the store facility is well-maintained to prevent product damage and unauthorized access.
Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized to prevent mix-ups, cross-contamination, and pest infestation.
Ensure proper separation of receiving, quarantine, and finished goods areas.
Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) procedures when issuing raw materials, components, and products.
Update all incoming and outgoing material records in the ERP system.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics.
Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Microsoft Business Central, will be an added advantage.
