Job Description

Oversee Accounts Payable operations for entities across the SEA region.
Partner with the AP Shared Services/GSC team in the Philippines to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing.
Handle invoice and payment queries, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Manage weekly payment processing while ensuring adherence to internal controls and approval procedures.
Process and administer employee reimbursements.
Perform supplier statement and weekly bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Support month-end closing and weekly cash flow forecasting activities.
Assist in the transition and centralization of AP functions to the GSC team, ensuring a seamless migration.
Undertake other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as required.
