• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide corporate secretarial support to a portfolio of international clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Manage corporate governance matters, prepare and maintain statutory documents and company registers.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and handle regulatory filings with relevant authorities.
• Conduct KYC and due diligence checks.
• Respond to client enquiries professionally.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as needed.
