Job Description
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Home Visits Per Day: Typically 3–4 homes, depending on patient load
Job Scope:
- Make home visits to provide nursing care to terminally ill patients
- Manage care plans and coordinate with doctors and social workers
- Support patients and families with end-of-life care needs
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Min 3 years ICU or Palliative Care or Home care nursing experience
- Min Dip in Nursing
- Valid SNB and BCLS
