CISTRI PTE. LTD.
β οΈ Job data for Singapore comes from the public MyCareersFuture job search service, operated by Workforce Singapore. Unlike our other country sources (USAJOBS, Bundesagentur fur Arbeit, Arbetsformedlingen, France Travail), this data is not provided through a published developer API program with its own terms of service -- it is the public service that already powers their own site. We display it the same honest way as every other country: real listings only, always linking to the official source to apply, never presented as official or endorsed by MyCareersFuture or Workforce Singapore. If this changes, this section may be updated or removed.
Who we are:
Cistri is a new kind of consultancy in the region; independent from developers, contractors, or design firms, and built to offer meaningful, holistic advice for urban development. We work across economics, planning, and design to provide evidence-based, joined-up thinking on the complex urban challenges facing governments, investors, NGOs and communities. Our independence means our advice is objective, strategic, and always in the best interest of the places and people we serve.
The Opportunity:
Join our Economics & Property team and contribute to high-impact advisory projects across Singapore, Asia and the Middle East. This role provides the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial, industrial, residential and mixed developments, delivering research-driven insights that help shape investment, development and urban planning decisions.
As a Consultant, you will undertake market research, analysis and economic assessments, support the delivery of client advice, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Cistri and Urbis. The role is ideally suited to a commercially minded analyst who enjoys working with data, uncovering insights and translating complex information into clear recommendations. A willingness to travel for project assignments outside Singapore is essential.
In this role you will:
- Undertake field research, market investigations and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate market intelligence.
- Analyse economic, demographic, property and socioeconomic data to support evidence-based client advice.
- Contribute to economic modelling, cost benefit analysis, economic impact assessments and market forecasting activities.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations and client deliverables that communicate insights clearly and accurately.
- Maintain, develop and improve property databases, data products and analytical tools.
- Use GIS, Microsoft Excel, Power BI and other analytical platforms to extract, manage and interpret data.
- Support proposals, tenders and business development initiatives while building relationships across the industry.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate sub-consultants where required to deliver successful project outcomes.
Ideally You Have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Planning, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
- Experience within the property industry or a related economics and advisory environment.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including tools such as Power Pivot, DAX, Index/Match functions and charting.
- Experience using analytical and data visualisation tools, with exposure to GIS and Power BI viewed favourably.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
