Front Office Executive

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Reservations & Room Management

• Manage room reservations, cancellations, amendments, and booking enquiries.
• Monitor room availability and ensure accurate room allocations.
• Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean and ready for arriving guests.

Guest Relations & Coordination

• Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Assist with luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and concierge services when required.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception environment.

Payments & Administration

• Process guest payments, deposits, and room charges accurately.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Update guest profiles and maintain accurate reservation records.
• Ensure guest information is handled confidentially in accordance with data protection requirements.

Safety & Security

• Follow hotel safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Report incidents and security concerns promptly.
• Assist guests during emergencies in accordance with established procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hotel Front Office experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to remain calm and professional when handling guest complaints or challenging situations.
