Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse OS and application metrics to support performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality, testing, workflows and operational best practices.
Support system design, platform management and capacity planning; experience with Broadcom VMware is an advantage.
Drive automation and system improvements to enhance service sustainability, reliability and efficiency.
Balance development speed and service reliability against defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Proactively identify performance bottlenecks, operational issues and opportunities for automation.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet requirements while maintaining operational support.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud operations, or a related field.
Operating Systems: Red Hat Linux, Windows, CentOS, Ubuntu.
Containerisation & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
Monitoring & Performance: Observability tools and practices.
