Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead integrated demand, supply and inventory planning activities to ensure product availability, optimise stock levels and support business growth across markets.
Develop accurate demand forecasts by analysing historical sales, market trends, promotional activities and business expansion plans, working closely with Commercial and Operations teams.
Translate demand forecasts into supply requirements, coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities, and work with suppliers to ensure timely product availability.
Establish inventory strategies, monitor stock levels and improve inventory turnover while minimising stockouts, excess inventory, wastage and obsolescence, particularly for products with limited shelf life
Oversee international shipping, import/export coordination, freight arrangements and distribution planning to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products across markets.
Drive cross-functional planning processes, establish supply chain KPIs and analyse forecast accuracy, inventory performance, service levels and logistics costs to improve operational effectiveness
Collaborate with regional markets, suppliers, franchise partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen supply chain processes, improve planning systems and support business expansion initiative.

Requirements:

Degree in Business / Supply Chain
At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
F&B/QSR/FMCG Industry will be a plus
