Job Description

Indoor Sales Support Executive – Control Valves

Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8am–5.30pm | Friday: 8am–5pm
Basic Salary: $3,000 - $4,500

About the Company

A Japanese control valve company providing valve solutions for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power industries.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and provide product and service information.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Process customer purchase orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Maintain customer records and sales databases.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Provide customer service and follow up on client requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the control valve industry, training provided.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
