Job Description

Prepare customer quotations based on operational requirements, stock availability and pricing data.
Source vendors for goods and services, request quotations and liaise with suppliers as required.
Place purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on confirmations and deliveries.
Arrange transportation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Manage store operations (receiving, issuing parts and general store activities).
Keep the store clean, safe and well organised.
Monitor and control shelf-life items.
Coordinate with Production and other departments on invoices and dispatched items.
