Job Description

Purchasing Executive

Salary: $2,500- $3,400
Mon to Friday 8am to 5pm (Alternate Saturday WFH 8am-12pm)
Location: Penjuru Lane
2 way company transport provided @Jurong east

Job Responsibilities

After receiving the customer’s order, issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm the order with the customer.
Print the receipt & checklist and hand them to the relevant department to arrange .
Monitor the vessel’s schedule to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and deliver on time.
Assist the sales team in handling complaints .
Collect signed receipts from relevant departments, and prepare documents to issue invoice for account dept.
Responsible for purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
Responsible for customs clearance of spares parts and prepare shipping documents.
Assist colleagues with other daily work.
