Job Description

Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: $3,000–$5,000/month + $300 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
Location: Tuas Park
Transport: Islandwide Company Transport
Vacancies: 10

Working Hours:

Till Dec 2026: 8:00am–5:30pm
From Q1 2027: 12-hour Day / Night shifts
Day Shift Allowance: $30/day
Night Shift Allowance: $75/night

Job Scope:

Support daily pharmaceutical production operations
Prepare materials and equipment for production
Perform material charging and reaction temperature monitoring
Conduct sampling and work-up activities
Follow production, GMP and safety procedures

Requirements:

Relevant pharmaceutical / chemical / manufacturing experience is an advantage
Comfortable with hands-on production work
Able to transition to 12-hour rotating Day / Night shifts from Q1 2027
