Job Description

Quantity Surveyor

Monday to Friday
9am to 6pm (Sometimes need to do overtime / site meeting), after 9pm have Transport Claim
$ 4000 - $ 4900 + $ 30 Mobile Allowance

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in QS
At least 1 year experience in office renovation experience or at least done 1 or 2 office projects

Responsibilities

Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts, coordinating of work effort, advise on a range of legal and contractual issues
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
Assist the designer in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs and then negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Maintain proper documentation for all tenders
Sourcing of quotations and evaluate quotations received from suppliers and sub-contractors
