Job Description

United Medicare Centre (UMC) is a leading private nursing home providing trusted care and quality life since 2003. We are looking for a candidate to support the company mission by providing leadership to the facilities and housekeeping team based at different Nursing homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership to on-site teams required for the smooth and effective running of the organisation building and support operations.
Cultivate and maintain good relationship with internal departments such as Nursing and Operations.
Ensure all preventive maintenance works are effectively carried out and the building facilities & equipment are in optimal conditions.
Plan and ensure an effective housekeeping team for each sites.
Ensure compliances with all buildings and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
Good working knowledge of all relevant buildings and statutory regulations.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Previous experience in managing healthcare facilities and/or housekeeping services would be an advantage.
