We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, inventory management and shipment preparation.
Key Responsibilities :
-Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery documents.
-Pick, pack, and prepare goods for local and overseas shipments.
-Perform stock checks, inventory counting and stock reconciliation.
-Ensure accurate product labeling, barcode scanning and proper stock storage.
-Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety and organization.
-Assist with loading, unloading and movement of goods.
-Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues.
-Support other warehouse duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements :
-Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
-Basic computer knowledge and ability to use inventory systems.
-Able to read and understand product labels and shipping documents.
-Physically fit to handle warehouse activities, including able to carry cartons weighting up to 20 kg and moving goods safely.
-Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary :
-SGD2,300 to SGD2,500 (depending on experience).
Working Hours :
-Monday to Friday
-9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
