Job Description

The Role

This position will be responsible for group consolidation and management reporting for the assigned portfolio of companies.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the group consolidation and reporting functions, in accordance with the statutory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
In charge of timely and accurate preparation and analysis of the group financial reports, and liaising with the external auditors for quarterly and year-end closing.
Assist in annual audit process and preparation of annual reports/financial statements, and tax filing matters as well as any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Other duties include assist in system implemention and report creation, quaterly result announcement, etc.
Liaise with the overseas finance team for the submission, analysis of financials/reports for the group.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or its equivalent.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences.
Well-versed in SFRS, tax regulations and MS Excel.
Experience with BPC/Tagetik system and/or real estate knowledge will have an added advantage.
Meticulous, ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
Other attributes includes being responsible, organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
