Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide consistent and purposeful casework management for cases with multiple needs and safety risks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve good case outcomes.
Perform intake duties as part of intake team, assessing client’s needs and providing recommendation.
To undertake any additional responsibilities and duties assigned by Director.

Requirements

Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling
Fresh graduate welcome to apply
Good report writing skill.
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills.
