Job Description

Lead the tendering team in preparing and submitting civil engineering and infrastructure tenders.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, pricing, BOQ reviews, and subcontractor quotations.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on tender requirements.
Assess project risks, contractual obligations, and commercial considerations.
Monitor tender progress, deadlines, and submission compliance.
Provide tender evaluations and pricing recommendations to management.
Maintain tender records and support negotiations and project handovers.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant tendering experience in construction or civil engineering.
Experience leading or managing a tendering team.
LTA or infrastructure tender experience is an advantage.
