Job Description
- Provide nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), in accordance with established clinical protocols and care standards.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care.
- Apply appropriate nursing knowledge and clinical skills to support patient assessment, monitoring and ongoing care within the scope of practice.
- Promote patient safety and adhere to infection prevention measures, clinical guidelines and hospital policies.
- Support the appropriate and cost-effective use of healthcare resources while maintaining the quality and safety of patient care.
