About the role
To ensure effective allocation and deployment of manpower resources across shifts and projects, supporting smooth operational performance and compliance with manpower policies.
Job Description:
- Plan and oversee the deployment of operational manpower across shifts, or projects.
- Coordinate with supervisors and deployment officers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and readiness of personnel before assignment.
- Adjust manpower allocation in response to operational needs, emergencies, or absences.
- Maintain records of deployment schedules, headcount, and compliance with manpower policies.
- Report manpower gaps, inefficiencies, or planning issues to management.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of manpower scheduling and operational workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and shifts simultaneously.
- Good communication skills to liaise with supervisors and HR.
- Problem-solving mindset to handle last-minute changes.
