Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Interior Design, Renovation & Custom Furniture
• Position Title: Carpenter
• Working Location: West – Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair customised furniture and carpentry works.
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and project specifications.
• Take accurate measurements and prepare materials for fabrication.
• Carry out cutting, fitting, sanding, laminating, and finishing works.
• Install cabinets, wardrobes, doors, panels, and other built-in furniture.
• Coordinate with designers, project teams, and site personnel on installation requirements.
• Perform on-site rectification and adjustment works when required.
• Ensure completed works meet quality, design, and safety standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

• Relevant experience in carpentry, furniture fabrication, or interior renovation works.
• Able to read drawings and take accurate measurements.
• Skilled in using carpentry hand tools and power tools.
• Familiar with wood, laminates, fittings, and furniture installation methods.
• Good workmanship with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and perform on-site installation.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to meet project deadlines.
