Job Description

Conduct construction site and fabrication inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans, QA/QC plans, inspection procedures, and inspection and test plans.
Inspect materials, fabrication works, mock-ups, and completed deliverables.
Review supplier and subcontractor documentation, certifications, and technical submissions.
Maintain inspection reports, quality records, audit schedules, and technical documentation.
Identify and report non-conformances and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Support trade demonstrations, mock-up inspections, and quality verification activities.
Review and adapt IMS forms for the Novade platform and coordinate implementation with the head office QA/QC team.
Review contractor submissions and ensure QA/QC procedures are properly documented in project workflows.
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and support project schedules.
Monitor compliance with applicable workplace safety and health procedures.
Recommend improvements to quality management systems and inspection workflows.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project experience.
Familiarity with Novade, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methodologies, productivity, work sequencing, and project schedules.
Strong attention to detail, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
