Job Description

Primary Responsibility: Responsible for the day-to-day sales operations, from the sales cycle,manage order fulfillment, maintain CRM data, and support sales performancereporting. Bridging sales strategies with day-to-day execution

Receive, review, and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Liaise with logistics, warehouse, finance, and procurement teams to align stock availability, billing, and customer service.
Update and maintain customer records, track sales opportunities, and assist with CRM dashboard management.
Prepare sales reports, presentations, bid/tender collateral, and RFQ/RFI responses.
Handle customer inquiries, follow up on purchase orders or payments, and resolve order discrepancies.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales workflow and help implement smoother operational tools or procedures.
