Admin Assistant (School)

We are seeking a responsible and organised Admin Assistants to provide general administrative and operational support in a school environment. 

Job Description 

• Provide general administrative support, including printing, sorting, laminating, binding, shredding, counting and scanning of materials. 

• Print worksheets for remedial lessons and other school activities. 

• Distribute magazines, teaching materials and other items to classrooms. 

• Assist with relief timetabling and inform teachers of relief arrangements. 

• Related experience will be assign with the maintenance of the Science Lab and Mathematics Room and purchase Science experiment materials and prepare materials for experiments, performance tasks, learning stations and practical tests. 

• Perform any other duties assigned by the HODs 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in school administration. 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team. 

• Good team player with a high level of initiative. 

• Organised, responsible and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently. 

Others:

• Contract Period: 29 December 2026 to 28 December 2027 

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:45am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break; Friday, 6:45am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 45-minute lunch break.
