Job responsibilities

Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments
Guide patients through specialist referrals and secondary care when needed
Manage patient follow-ups and return consultations to monitor ongoing progress
Provide prompt and reliable care to ensure a positive patient experience
Stay current with latest clinical standards and primary care practices
Ensure electronic medical records (EMR) are up-to-date, in line with MOH and legal requirements
Handle patient medical report requests, including follow-up documentation for locum consultations

Key competencies required

MBBS and fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) / Certified Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) is an added advantage
Responsible and patient-focused
At least 3 years of local clinical experience in a primary care setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
