Job Description

Assistant Project Manager

$4,500 - $5,500
Mon to Fri, 5 days - 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office Location: Ubi

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Establish effective communication channels with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Prepare and present clear status reports for different audiences, including executive management.
Develop and maintain realistic project schedules, considering dependencies and resources.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely updates on initiatives and concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–4 years of project management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM, or equivalent software.
Experience in test planning, system implementation, installation coordination, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
