Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and improve the Capacity Model to support end-to-end manufacturing operations
- Establish UPH standards to support capacity planning and product costing analysis
- Analyze capacity requirements in response to loading forecasts, periodically
- Establish manning ratios and perform headcount optimization studies
- Plan, design, and coordinate the execution of layout projects
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Finance teams on capacity and CAPEX requirements
- Establish material usage standards for costing analysis
- Conduct machine manning ratio and headcount studies
- Work on productivity improvement projects
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- Relevant working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
