Job Description
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 4:48pm
Salary: Up to $4500
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities to support workshop operations.
- Source, evaluate, negotiate and procure spare parts, consumables, materials and services at competitive prices.
- Review supplier quotations, compare pricing and recommend cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics and planning teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply issues.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, vendors, pricing and procurement expenditure.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, expand the supplier base and minimise procurement risks.
- Monitor supplier performance, including delivery reliability and product quality.
- Support procurement reporting, process improvements and material planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement and vendor management experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in formal contract management and outsourced vendor management.
- Proven track record in achieving measurable cost savings and managing supplier performance.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
