Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing and Production
Position Title: Application Support Executive
Working Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)

Key Responsibilities

Support users through remote tools, phone calls and email.
Check transactions and troubleshoot system issues.
Monitor system functions and review reports.
Investigate settlement discrepancies and make corrections.
Assist with software upgrades.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Diploma in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS SQL.
Experience using remote support tools is an advantage.
Clear communication by phone and email.
