Job Description
- $3,000 - $5,000+ AWS & Bonus
- A reputable GradeA1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.
- 6 days (Unofficial early dismissal @ 3pm; potentially 5.5 days)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Team with day-to-day site matters for assigned building projects.
- Support maintenance, defect rectification and A&A works as required.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth site operations.
- Lead and supervise workers to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements.
- Ensure all site activities comply with relevant safety regulations, procedures and site rules.
- Transport workers between their dormitory and the project site on a daily basis.
- Supervise the direct workforce and oversee their day-to-day work activities on site.
Requirements
- Recognized or related work skill certificates
- Minimum 1 to 2 years construction trade experiences in Singapore
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking correspondences.
- Must have class 3 driving license to ferry workers.
