Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR & Admin Executive to independently manage the company's daily HR operations and administrative functions.
The candidate should be well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple HR and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
1. Human Resources & Administration
Manage recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employee records.
Prepare employment contracts and maintain HR documentation.
Handle employee attendance, leave, benefits and HR-related matters.
Oversee general office administration and daily operations.
2. Payroll, CPF & Tax Matters
Process monthly payroll, salary payments and CPF submissions.
Handle employee tax reporting, including IR8A and IR21.
Maintain accurate payroll records and administer employee benefits.
3. Work Pass & HR Compliance
Handle Work Permit, S Pass and Employment Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
Monitor foreign worker quotas and work pass expiry dates.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Singapore employment laws.
4. Management Support
Assist with manpower planning and employee performance matters.
Maintain and improve HR policies and internal procedures.
Support management with other HR and administrative duties.
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, with knowledge of Singapore HR practices.
Good understanding of MOM regulations, CPF, IRAS and the Employment Act.
Hands-on experience in payroll processing and work pass administration.
Able to manage full-spectrum HR and administrative duties independently.
Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in an SME or start-up environment is an advantage.
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS): 13th Month Salary
Performance Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
Annual Leave: 14 Days
