Project Coordinator (Software / IT)

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support our software projects and customers.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved across the customer journey — from understanding requirements and coordinating projects, to implementation, user support, and ongoing follow-up.

It is ideal for a fresh graduate or junior candidate who wants to build experience in IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Software Implementation, or Customer Success.

You do not need to be a programmer. What matters more is that you are organized, responsible, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Coordination

• Coordinate project schedules, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, documentation, and reports
• Follow up with developers, clients, and internal teams on outstanding items
• Track project milestones and highlight potential delays or issues
• Assist with requirements gathering and documenting client workflows
• Coordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and project handover

Client & Software Support

You will also help support customers who are using our software.

This may include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and support requests
• Understanding and documenting issues reported by users
• Guiding customers on system features and usage
• Performing basic troubleshooting and checking reported issues
• Coordinating with technical teams when further investigation is required
• Following up with customers until issues are resolved
• Maintaining proper records of support cases and solutions
• Identifying recurring issues or common questions that can be improved through documentation or system enhancements

You are not expected to solve complex programming issues yourself. Your role is to understand the issue, perform initial checks, communicate clearly with the customer, and coordinate the right team when escalation is required.

Work With Clients

• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, feedback, clarifications, and approvals
• Provide updates on project or support matters
• Help clients understand system processes and features
• Prepare materials and documentation for meetings, training, and implementation
• Build good working relationships through clear and responsive communication

Learn How Businesses Use Software

You will gain exposure to how companies manage areas such as:

• Accounting and finance
• Inventory and order processing
• Sales and purchasing
• InvoiceNow and e-invoicing
• Business workflows and approvals
• Software implementation and integration

Over time, you will learn how to understand a business problem and work with the team to determine how technology can help solve it.

What We're Looking For

We welcome fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience.

You should have:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Good written and spoken communication
• Patience and confidence when communicating with customers
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow through on tasks
• Interest in technology and software
• Ability to manage several tasks and customer requests at the same time
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work

Knowledge of software development, ERP systems, accounting systems, or the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be an advantage, but is not required.

Training and guidance will be provided.
