Responsibilities

Assist patients during their hospital visit or stay and attend to their needs promptly.
Coordinate patient appointments, registrations, and enquiries professionally.
Perform administrative duties, including documentation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Liaise with doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff to facilitate smooth patient care and service delivery.
Address patient concerns and provide courteous assistance to enhance the overall patient experience.
