Job Description

Role:
Finance Executive (Up to $3800)

Employment Type: 2-years contract (renewable) with benefits
Working Location: Northwest - Bukit Gombak
Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 5.30pm, required to work half-day (8am to 1pm) on the first Saturday of each month
Salary: $3000 to $3800

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ LCCI with minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experiences, preferably in Town Council and full-set accounting

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your job responsibilities include but not limited to

Prepare financial statements, perform budgetary controls and manage arrears
Manage grants and assets management, inter-funds transfers, tax reporting
Monitor and comply with local regulations and Town Council financial reporting guidelines
Prepare and review annual budget
Ensure proper records of transactions and drive strong financial controls
Provide guidance to Finance Assistants and/or Officers and assist in AR, AP and GL where necessary
Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
