Job Description

Working Hours: 9.30AM - 7PM
Hourly Rate:
Mon - Fri: $10.50/hour
Sat - Sun: $11/hour

Responsibilities:
▪️ Ushering duties / Crowd control
▪️ Use of technologies to engage with visitors
▪️ Provide customer service to visitors
▪️  Ensure artwork safety
▪️  Adhered to gallery etiquettes at all times
▪️  Maintain cleanliness and functionality
▪️  Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisory team

📋Requirements:
💥 Able to commit for 3 months
💥 Must be able to work on 3 days a week, inclusive of weekends/PH
💥 Double Weekenders are welcome!
💥 Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift, as the role requires continuous frontline customer service and gallery ushering duties.
💥 Service-oriented and customer centricity
💥 Good communication and interpersonal skills
💥 Able to remain calm in stressful situation
💥 Self-motivated and good teamwork
💥 Working experience in tourism / art institutions / customer service is a plus point
