Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement credit policies, frameworks and risk management strategies across APAC to strengthen financial controls.
Oversee credit control, collections, DSO performance and overdue receivables while managing Singapore's AR portfolio and team.
Conduct credit reviews for key regional and global accounts, monitor credit exposure and provide regular AR and risk management reports.
Ensure adherence to revenue recognition, anti-money laundering and sales order policies to maintain financial governance.
Provide financial guidance on customer contracts, rebates, distributor arrangements, agency structures and commercial compensation matters.
Lead annual budgeting activities and collaborate with regional finance and business teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Requirements:

Degree in Accountancy / Finance
At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
