Job Description

The Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, payroll administration and employee welfare.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview coordination, employment agencies and offer administration.
Work closely with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, develop job descriptions and implement effective recruitment plans.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements, including MOM and CPF regulations and keep management informed of relevant updates.
Coordinate employee mandatory training, documentation and maintain training records

What It Takes:

Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or an equivalent qualification
Good knowledge of Employment Act, local HR practices and regulatory standard
At least 2 years of full-spectrum, hands-on experience in HR operations
Experience in using Timesoft is preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized with strong multitasking abilities
